Last vine in my mom’s yard is Firecracker Vine which I forget the scientific name of because it bores me but actually the blooms are pretty cool next to the gross shed roof
Interestingly its in the same genus as Morning glories (Ipomoea)…. save for the leaves I would not have guessed that from the flowers alone tbh.
This pot is super cool but honestly I feel like I should plant something different in it because it’s growing in a little goofy. The heuchera is about to blooommm and I pruned back the pineapple sage
Ok y’all here we have all of my current Begonias. I love them so much they’re my favorite and I think after a year I’ve finally mastered their care.
From top to bottom, Begonia hybrid ‘Pegasus’, Begonia masoniana aka Iron Cross, Rex Begonia ‘Fireworks’, Rex Begonia ‘Nautilus Supreme’, Rex Begonia ’T-Rex Ruby Slipper’, unknown rhizomatous begonia cultivar (maybe Black Fang or Black Mamba?), Rex Begonia ‘Stardust’ which is blooming again and has the most extra little flowers and also is putting out a new rhizome finally with tons of leaves and I love it
