When you have someone tell you to go draw but you get 0 reaction/acknowledgement from them when you send/share the drawing for them to see

I wish I knew how to do art like this! Or even how to do digital art at all. Lol.

My tip; like any art start bare bones and build up, and lastly and oftentimes very importantly for digital;

use this power ~~with abusive abandon~~

On the one hand I should chill / calm down now.

On the other hand-

Rage towards my gender, society, and hypersexuality born from society is a very very difficult emotion to restrain on rough days.

Two things I’m weak against in outfits of deadly ladies (with or w/o armour); Shoulder padding/pads, and capes (or cape-like clothing/coats).

Even now I still can’t get over that one drawing (or was it multiple drawings, icr my memory be slipping) of Nat’s where she drew Mia Hawke with her shirt open and chest exposed. Like, the drawing doesn’t even look/feel sexual at all despite that but also it just EMANATES a gorgeous raw power/presence. It makes Mia look so beautiful and powerful and just slays.

If there was an artistic goal for me (when my abilities are back to snuff), it’d be to draw certain OCs of my own with their chests naked and exposed, and emanating that same powerful raw non-sexual energy. It’s just, beautiful, how does such powerful beauty in an art exist…

Kids should be taught “sorry” by example by their parents cause more likely than not… those parents may be the only positive example you could possibly get on when “sorry” could be appropriately used.

You know the only time I ever heard sorry in my younger years? The elementary school bullies; who were saying sorry cause they had to, but were not actually sorry for what they did and were only going to continue the bullying they were doing once the teacher’s back was turned again.

And to this day there are times where now I can’t tell if I should say sorry, cause the times I think an adult should say sorry, they never do; the only time they say sorry is when they want to either escape the hive of bees they’ve enraged in a person or when they want to guilt someone for justified reactions.

Say sorry to your children when you make a mistake, or they may never say sorry to you in return when they make a mistake in their later years cause they don’t properly know how, as the only thing they’ve seen is stubborn superiority pride.

As much as dating / visual novel games aren’t really my thing, and I left RWBY long ago, Summer Rose Court tempts me more and more for various reasons.

While I understand that art (especially if you’re getting back on the horse on your abilities for it) requires practice and starting from the bottom up,

but it doesn’t make it any less vexing when you wanna draw epic interactive scenes when all you can draw at your dropped skill level are the basic chibis…..
