Concept sketch of Kayla’s armour. Unlike Demauria’s, Kayla’s armour is meant to be very much metal/plate type for electric magic conductivity. The only thing NOT metal is that dress underneath the plating, much to Terra’s strong chagrin (she no like the dresses, especially if she’s the one designing battle gear, Kayla is a stubborn commissioner though).
This may totally break the “Fallen Slayer Knights look scary” rule/aesthetic in a way that I don’t like, but this is so fitting to Kayla’s damn personality that I can’t decide whether to be mad or impressed at the results lmao. Now all’s left is to draw a concept of Anne’s armour next.
