brought my succulents in for the season! was just gifted the sad spider plant today, tomorrow him and his plantlettes are getting some rehab. and yeah i know my christmas cactus badly needs a trim!!!
i was gifted this very sad looking spider plant a few days ago… decided to look into his pot after giving him some time to settle and his roots were in a state!!!! bottom two pics are him repotted, and half his pups planted in their own pot. hoping he’ll perk up soon!!
i went to the plant nursery yesterday and although they didnt have the neon philodendron i wanted (tho they said they usually carry it and i should check back in a few weeks!) they had beautiful neon pothos and ivy! i ended up buying this really cheap baby weeping fig. he’s gonna get huge and i have no idea where I’ll put him but thats fineeee
does anyone know what the deal is with this leaf on my philodendron? it was there when i bought her. i thought it looks like sunburn but the leaf is otherwise healthy and no other ones are affected! theres also a little hole in it so maybe a bug chewed it? does it look like an issue?
Keep watch that the soil isn’t oversaturated lest its a root health issue, remove the leaf if it doesn’t bounce back and just check if in the future if any leaves develop similar symptoms. Otherwise I’d say it looks fine. Every houseplant occasionally has a few iffy leaves develop here and there, so long as fresh leaves replace said leaves to replace the lost ones.
