We can’t stop it anymore!
N. Dubia just made this new pitcher and the next one is almost already open.
3 Pitchers
Most of the Mirabilis seedlings got their 3rd pitchers and it’s a big one.
But some of them are barely starting the second one.
Finally some others still have their first one and aren’t even starting the second, this seedlings are weak and probably won’t make it till adult.Call it natural selection.
S.Purpurea is getting crazy this time.
This last month, the “Alpha” of my pack of Purpurea shoot me some serious growing points in every directions and is showing an almost regular shape of leaf.
And even the smallest seedlings are giving me some huge leaf jump 🙂
So happy 🙂
Signs of maturity
My Flavas begin to show distinctive signs.And especially the others seedlings finally start to grow seriously!
Some updates.
My S.Flava is getting taller at each pitcher, my S.Purpurea got some new grow points and got crazy, and my small P.Grandiflora is growing, but this winter have killed the other Pings. Without a heaten garage that keep the temperature around 0°C, it’s too cold here.
Truncata Veitchii
What a superb hybrid!
I definitely need to find some Truncata seeds or cuttings…
Here is Nepenthes Veitchii
It’s a superbe plant and quite easy to grow inside a house on a windowsill.
I have to confess that I’m seriously thinking about buying some seeds of it.i’ll keep you in touch…
It’s growing
The S. Purpurea seedlings are doing their 3rd leaf.
And the 2nd one was already close to a functional trap. 🙂
