My bottle cap mint 🌱

So this tiny spring of mint was the garnish on a dessert I had at a restaurant .. and I wondered if I could actually grow it !

Took it home, put it in a bottlecapful of water, and it actually grew roots and new leaves !!

Just transplanted it into soil, and it’s starting to grow little offshoots .. a pretty cool little experiment
