Edit – totally not the right species, thanks to @kihaku-gato for a better ID! This is more likely Acer rubrum, the red maple. It still exhibits the silverly underleaf but the leaves are far more plump than Acer saccharinum!

Both exhibit silvery undersides and are actually so closely related to each other that they have a natural hybrid known as Acer x freemani (which in itself can be a nightmare to ID in places where both parent species abound) due to intrabreeding, so to get them all confused with each other is not an uncommon occurrence.Ā
