Winner? Loser? They seem to have settled it after I went back in, so I don’t know. Couldn’t find the other one. This is the guy on the right of the last picture, and he seemed to be on a begrudging retreat during the confrontation I watched. You can see he’s got a nasty gouge under his right forelimb, though I don’t know if that’s related to the fighting. He is very dark from stress at the moment, but I’ve seen anoles with even worse scars that have healed up okay. Hopefully he’ll be okay.
