If you, or someone you know, were one of the “late” submissions and were rejected as such, you will be able to resubmit. This is NO guarantee you will be approved but they will let you resubmit. (source)

Right now the information is limited you can read the USCIS Guidance on DACA Renewal Requests Affected by Mail Service Issues here. I will update when more information is available but there’s live chat on this site if you have any immediate questions.

Note that the USCIS will only be contacting SOME people affected by this, if you are not contacted you will need to contact government immigration services yourselves.
